Plawsworth Hall Cottages and Apartments offer the perfect alternative to expensive, impersonal hotels. Our unique properties are ideally situated between Durham and Chester-Le-Street allowing easy access to all our regions business centres and places of interest.
Our accommodation has been fully furnished to the highest standards so guests benefit from a home from home experience. We offer short stay and long stay accommodation. Stay with us for a week, a few months or even longer . . . we offer complete flexibility. Added to this, a weekly housekeeping service is included during longer stays. At Plawsworth our Serviced Apartments offer freedom, space and convenience . . . a place to live not just to sleep. We regret that we cannot accept pets. Guests are asked to provide their own personal towels.
A kitchen in one of our houses Plawsworth is a quiet award-winning village of approximately 40 houses, a busy pub serving food and one working farm. During the months of July and August, Plawsworth Hall Farm is open to the public for soft fruit picking.

Our Accommodation comprises of 7 One bedroomed apartments, 10 2 bedroomed apartments and 6 3 bedroom cottages. The accommodation comprises of converted traditional stone and brick farm buildings and new builds completed in 1998 to the highest specifications.

    Our highly competitive pricing is inclusive of council tax, Gas and electric, water and sewerage, TV licence and BT line rental. The only extra charges apply to telephone call charges at standard BT tariffs.
