REfUSE
REfUSE is a small cafe with a much larger vision – to reduce waste. Each month they intercept food that would go to waste from North Eastern retailers, which is redistributed through their ‘Pay As You Feel’ community cafe and restaurant. Those who can’t afford to pay anything or find it more challenging to pay can contribute by washing up or welcoming others. This is a great community initiative with great food to try while in town.
